Why I Started MyCompany Takeover
After more than two decades navigating the corridors of community and international banking, I had seen what separates businesses that thrive from those that merely survive. It wasn't capital. It wasn't connections. It was clarity — about value, about vision, and about what comes next.
I co-founded HDSC Inc. and spent years advising executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners through some of the most consequential decisions of their professional lives. Acquisitions. Exits. Pivots. Reinventions. Each engagement taught me something new about the intersection of financial strategy and human courage.
